Retrofit Assessment
Retrofit Assessors will undertake a survey of a building incorporating RdSAP data collection, a detailed floor plan, condition survey and occupancy assessment.
Retrofit Coordinator
A Retrofit Coordinator is the individual who will be responsible for overseeing the assessment of dwellings as well as the subsequent specification, monitoring, and evaluation of energy efficiency measures, in accordance with PAS 2035.
EPC
An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is a legally valid document which provides an energy efficiency rating in relation to a property's running costs.

A floor plan is a type of drawing that shows you the layout of a home or property from above. Floor plans typically illustrate the location of walls, windows, doors, and stairs, as well as fixed installations
Viewing Assessment
External Wall Insulation survey to highlight the risks of deterioration or detachment of existing EWI systems. Building owners are advised to undertake assessments to reassure themselves of the integrity of the EWI system
